The CEL Board of Directors

Per Article XI of the CEL By-Laws, the Board of Directors shall be made up of as follows:

Rev. Canon Carmen B. Guerrero, President
Rt. Rev. Leo Frade, Bishop of the Diocese of Southeast Florida

Rev. Isaías A. Rodríguez, Vice-President
Rev. Anna B. Lange-Soto, Secretary
Mr. Manny Mesa, Treasurer
Rev. “Butch” Gamarra, Regional Director
Rev. Silvestre Romero, Youth Advisor
Rev. Enrique Cadena, Member-at-Large (voice)
Rev. George Sotelo, Member-at-Large (voice)

The members of the Board of Directors shall be:

1. Elected Officers (art. VI: President, Vicepresident, Secretary and Treasurer).
2. Regional Directors.
3. Two (2) Members-at-Large.
4. Youth Advisor.
5. Two (2) Youth Representatives.
6. Immediate Past President.
